Account settings and profile management
Use Account settings to personalize your Webixso experience, track your subscription status, and set up secure connections for external integrations. Click your profile name at the bottom of the left menu, then open Profile to get there.
1. Profile panel (overview)
On the profile page you see a summary of important account information:
- Plan and usage: Track your current subscription plan and that month’s usage limits (including credit status).
- Language: Switch the dashboard interface to your preferred language (for example English or Turkish) right away.
- Time zone: Set your local time zone here so scheduled posts go live at the planned time—this step is critical for correct scheduling.
- Quick access: Use the Edit Profile button for the detailed editing page, or the key icon for API management.
2. Profile editing and security
Use the Edit Profile page to update personal information or change your password.
Basic details
- Name and email: Update the name and contact email stored on your account.
- Phone and country: Add a phone number and country for account security and regional settings.
Change password
We recommend updating your password regularly. Enter your new password in the relevant fields, then click Update Profile to finish.
3. API keys
You need API keys to connect Webixso to external platforms (for example our WordPress plugin). Manage them in Manage External Access.
Create a new key
- Key name: Give the key a name (for example “WordPress news site”).
- Create key: When you click the button, the system generates a unique API key for you.
Key management
- Copy: Click the copy icon next to a key and save it somewhere safe.
- Statistics: From the list, see how many times a key was used, when it was last active, and when it was created.
- Revoke: Immediately invalidate a key you no longer use or no longer trust using the Revoke button.
Security note: Your API keys grant full access to your account. Do not share them with anyone, and use them only in integrations you trust.
