Payment methods Webixso accepts

Webixso typically processes subscription payments through a secure payment provider (for example, card-based checkout). The options you see at checkout depend on your country, currency, and plan.

Usually supported

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and others shown at checkout).
  • Card on file for recurring subscriptions, when you save a default payment method.

Some regions may also show local methods or wallets if the processor supports them. The checkout screen always lists what is available for your account.

What you might not see

  • Cash or bank transfer for self-serve checkout is uncommon; enterprise or custom deals may use invoices—ask sales or support if that applies to you.
  • Prepaid or restricted cards may fail if they do not allow recurring or international charges.

Updating a payment method

You can usually add or replace a card under BillingPayment method (or similar). After a failed charge, the app may prompt you to update billing before restoring full access.

If your preferred method never appears, contact support with your country and plan so the team can confirm eligibility.
