Change your subscription or billing information
Change plan (upgrade or downgrade)
- Sign in to Webixso.
- Open Billing, Subscription, or Plan.
- Choose Change plan, Upgrade, or Manage plan.
- Pick the new tier and confirm. Proration (credit or extra charge mid-cycle) depends on how Webixso and the processor handle plan changes—review the summary shown before you pay.
If you are on a custom or annual contract, changes may go through support or your account manager.
Update payment method
- Go to Billing → Payment method (or Payment details).
- Add a new card or replace the default.
- Save. The next renewal should charge the new method unless you have a pending invoice.
Billing profile (address, tax, company)
Many teams need correct billing address, tax ID / VAT, or company name on invoices:
- Open Billing → Billing details, Invoice profile, or Organization settings.
- Edit fields and save.
- Future invoices usually reflect the new data; past invoices may not be regenerated automatically—ask support if you need a correction.
Billing email
Receipts and dunning notices often go to your account email or a dedicated billing contact if the product supports it. Update it under Settings → Email or Notifications so finance teams receive messages.
