Change your subscription or billing information

Change plan (upgrade or downgrade)

  1. Sign in to Webixso.
  2. Open Billing, Subscription, or Plan.
  3. Choose Change plan, Upgrade, or Manage plan.
  4. Pick the new tier and confirm. Proration (credit or extra charge mid-cycle) depends on how Webixso and the processor handle plan changes—review the summary shown before you pay.

If you are on a custom or annual contract, changes may go through support or your account manager.

Update payment method

  1. Go to BillingPayment method (or Payment details).
  2. Add a new card or replace the default.
  3. Save. The next renewal should charge the new method unless you have a pending invoice.

Billing profile (address, tax, company)

Many teams need correct billing address, tax ID / VAT, or company name on invoices:

  1. Open BillingBilling details, Invoice profile, or Organization settings.
  2. Edit fields and save.
  3. Future invoices usually reflect the new data; past invoices may not be regenerated automatically—ask support if you need a correction.

Billing email

Receipts and dunning notices often go to your account email or a dedicated billing contact if the product supports it. Update it under SettingsEmail or Notifications so finance teams receive messages.
