Cancel your subscription
If you no longer need a paid plan, you can usually turn off auto-renewal so the subscription does not bill again at the end of the current period.
- Sign in to Webixso.
- Open Billing, Subscription, or Plan from Settings or your profile menu.
- Choose Cancel subscription, Turn off renewal, or similar.
- Confirm the cancellation. You typically keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Exact wording depends on your region and payment processor. If you do not see a cancel option, contact support from the app or webixso.com.
Delete your account
Deleting an account is separate from canceling billing. It may remove your workspace, connected profiles, and personal data according to Webixso’s data practices.
- Sign in and open Settings or Account.
- Look for Delete account, Close account, or Danger zone.
- Follow the confirmation steps (you may need to re-enter your password or verify email).
If account deletion is not self-serve, contact support and ask for account closure. Export anything you need before deletion; recovery may not be possible.
After you cancel
- Exports: Download reports or content you still need.
- Integrations: Disconnect social accounts if you plan to leave the product entirely.
- Team members: Transfer ownership or remove seats if others still use the workspace.
