Billing

This section explains billing and subscriptions in Webixso. Screen and menu labels may change slightly as the product is updated.

How to open the Billing page

  1. Click the profile area at the bottom of the left menu (your name and email are shown).
  2. In the menu that opens, click Billing.

On this page you manage your current subscription, monthly credit usage, and a summary of orders.

What’s on the Billing page?

Current plan

The card at the top shows:

  • Your monthly credit allowance (for example 15 credits per month on the free plan).
  • Usage: Credits used this month out of the total (for example Used: 11 / 15), plus a percentage, shown with a purple progress bar.
  • When credits run low, you may see a warning similar to Low credits.

The Change plan button takes you to the Plans screen, where you can choose monthly or yearly billing, compare packages (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and so on), and use Upgrade plan or see Current plan for the tier you already have. A link to a detailed pricing table may appear at the top right.

Cancel plan

If you are on a paid plan, you usually cancel the subscription from this section on the Billing page.

If you are on the free plan, the cancel button does not appear—that is expected because there is no paid subscription to cancel.

Latest orders

The lower card lists your recent billing activity. If you have not paid yet, you may see a message like No orders yet. Use View all to see the full list.

Plan summary in the left menu

The small card at the bottom of the left sidebar also shows your current plan (for example Free plan) and credit status (for example 4 / 15) for a quick check.
