Refund policy
Refund rules depend on where you bought (self-serve checkout vs. contract), local consumer law, and the terms shown when you subscribed. This page summarizes typical patterns; your order confirmation or Terms of Service are authoritative.
Self-serve subscriptions
- Many SaaS products bill in advance for a period (monthly or yearly). After a charge succeeds, a full or partial refund may or may not be available depending on policy and timing.
- If you cancel renewal, you often keep access until the period ends rather than receiving cash back for unused time—unless policy or law says otherwise.
How to request help
- Sign in and open Help or Support, or email the address listed on webixso.com.
- Include account email, invoice or charge ID, date, and amount.
- Describe whether you want a refund, invoice correction, or cancellation.
Charge disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback), the subscription may be paused while the case is reviewed. Prefer contacting Webixso support first when the charge was unexpected—many issues are fixed faster with a billing correction than through a dispute.
