Refund policy

Refund rules depend on where you bought (self-serve checkout vs. contract), local consumer law, and the terms shown when you subscribed. This page summarizes typical patterns; your order confirmation or Terms of Service are authoritative.

Self-serve subscriptions

  • Many SaaS products bill in advance for a period (monthly or yearly). After a charge succeeds, a full or partial refund may or may not be available depending on policy and timing.
  • If you cancel renewal, you often keep access until the period ends rather than receiving cash back for unused time—unless policy or law says otherwise.

How to request help

  2. Include account email, invoice or charge ID, date, and amount.
  3. Describe whether you want a refund, invoice correction, or cancellation.

Charge disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback), the subscription may be paused while the case is reviewed. Prefer contacting Webixso support first when the charge was unexpected—many issues are fixed faster with a billing correction than through a dispute.
